For the 2019–2020 school year, the Asian Art Museum will focus our outreach visits to Title 1 and public schools in San Francisco and the East Bay.
Students become archaeologists as they learn about burial practices and beliefs from ancient China. By investigating replicas of works of art from the museum’s collection, students compare the dynastic traditions from the Shang through the Tang dynasties.
Please note: This program requires use of a dedicated space such as a classroom, library or multipurpose room that can be used for all sessions. Please consider what space is available at your site before booking.
Free. Limited availability
